Feasibility

When you’re ready to build
Sourced & Sampled
Full sourcing engagement through first sample production. Factory chosen, spec written, sample made, inspected, reported. You end with a real sample in hand and a factory relationship you can scale with.

If you start with Feasibility
Your €2,500 Feasibility fee is credited in full toward a Sourced & Sampled engagement if you commit within 30 days of assessment delivery. Total cost for both: €7,500, not €10,000.
For production at scale
Production programs
Multi-batch production, ongoing factory management, multi-SKU programs. These are quoted individually after a Sourced & Sampled engagement so the scope reflects the actual production commitment. Typical range: €15,000 – €50,000, depending on volume and complexity.
Manufacturing costs stay separate — you pay the factory, Sendspec doesn't take a cut of production.
Payment and terms
50% on kickoff, 50% on delivery. Kickoff deposit is non-refundable (the work has started). Delivery payment is contingent on the agreed deliverable landing — if Sendspec fails to deliver, the delivery payment is never owed.
Invoicing: Standard German business invoice with VAT as applicable. EU B2B reverse-charge where your company is registered for it.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-engagement, the 50% kickoff deposit covers work-to-date; no additional charge.
Scope changes: If the project scope doubles mid-engagement (second sample run, switch to a different process), extensions are priced transparently at €1,500 – €3,000 depending on the work. Nothing surprise-billed.
No discounts. The price reflects the work. The only exception is the Feasibility-to-Sourced credit described above.
