We work to match your program with appropriate factories and to manage production carefully, but we make no guarantee that every part, shipment, or program will meet every specification without iteration. Binding obligations are defined in the engagement agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendspec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for any matter arising from use of the website is limited to EUR 100.

Liability for actual sourcing and production engagements is governed by the signed engagement agreement, not these website terms.
