Process
From first message to shipped parts. No jargon, no surprises.
01 / 06 Step
Submit your idea
Sketch, CAD, photo, paragraph. Enough to start.
You don't need drawings, engineering specs, or even a finished design. A napkin sketch, a reference photo, or a paragraph describing what you want. That's enough for us to reply with useful questions. Technical detail is welcome but never required at this stage.
02 / 06 Step
We make it buildable
Material, process, tolerances, finish. You approve the plan before we move.
This is where most founders get stuck. We handle it: choosing the right process, the right material, and the right factory type for your part. You get a clear document describing what we're going to make, how, and at what cost. You approve before anything moves.
03 / 06 Step
Factory match and quote
We pick the factory and explain the choice. You don't compare bids.
No open marketplace. Every factory in our network is one we've verified, either in person or by detailed video walk-through. We look at your part, pick the best fit, and bring back a single recommended path with the pricing and reasoning in plain language. If you want to see what we ruled out, we'll show you that too.
04 / 06 Step
Sample
First article made and inspected. We iterate until it's right.
A first sample almost never ships without adjustments. We run the sample, inspect it dimensionally and visually, document deviations, and iterate with the factory until you sign off. Nothing moves to full production until you approve the sample.
05 / 06 Step
Production
Real schedule. Photos at each milestone. Problems flagged to you, not buried.
Once the sample is approved, production begins on a clear schedule. You get photographic updates at major milestones: raw materials, in-process, finishing. Any deviation from plan gets flagged to you directly.
06 / 06 Step
Inspection and delivery
Every shipment checked against the approved sample. Freight, customs, door.
Every shipment gets a pre-shipment inspection against the approved sample. We coordinate freight, handle customs documentation, and track delivery. You know exactly when the parts arrive.
Start with whatever you have
Sketch, CAD file, photo, or a paragraph describing what you want. We'll walk you through how this process applies to your part.
