Privacy Policy

When you submit the contact form or request a quote, we collect: your name, company name, email address, and any information you voluntarily include in the message or attachments (drawings, specifications, volumes, timelines).

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party pixels on this site. Basic server logs may record the IP address and user agent of visitors for security purposes; these are retained for no longer than 30 days.

We use contact-form data for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, to source and manage the manufacturing project you describe.

Legal basis under GDPR: Article 6(1)(b). Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

To source your part, we may share your specifications with a limited number of vetted manufacturing partners. We share only the minimum information required for the partner to quote. Your name, contact details, and company identity are not shared unless you authorize us to do so.

We sign NDAs with manufacturing partners before sharing any client drawings. We will sign an NDA with you on request before reviewing proprietary information.

We use the following third parties to operate the service: an email delivery provider (for transactional and outbound email), a domain registrar, and a web host. These providers process data only as instructed by us, under written agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Inquiry data (name, email, company, message, attachments) is retained for up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, unless a longer retention is required by law or by the terms of an active engagement.

Project files related to active or completed engagements are retained according to the engagement agreement.

Under GDPR and comparable regimes, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you; to restrict or object to processing; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We store inquiry data in access-controlled systems and transmit data over encrypted connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is fully secure; in the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and, where required, the relevant supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
